near Sant’ Agata on the Sorrento Peninsula.

of Naples and the views of other islands—
Ischia and Procida— are breathtaking.

Extensive gardens with both olive and lemon
groves have been transformed into patios and
porticoes, so that it can be shared by three
separate groups or can be rented as one villa.
The main accommodation at Villa Caprile consists
of three apartments units, completely independent,
sharing the swimming pool and the summer kitchen.
The interiors, renovated recently, feature warm
cotto floorings, with the walls decorated in
classic Italian style; all bathrooms are fitted
with fine ceramic tiles and equipped with quality
new fittings
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished
with rustic furniture and fitted with pretty
handmade ceramic lamps.
Apartment Gardenia (approx. 100 sqm)

is the ground floor apartment, at garden level,
with independent entrance from a portico into
the living room with kitchenette. The portico
can be used as a breakfast or meal area.
>> The
garden features a lovely grassy area and is
shaded by mature trees and fragrant climbing
jasmine and bougainvillea.

The apartment is closed to the rest of the house
by a heavy wooden door. If rented to the same
group, all the apartments share the Primo Piano
lounge room and all other entrances.
