How much
will it cost?
A. We do not do “package” weddings,
but the services you will require will fall into
broad categories: the cost of the wedding ceremony
itself, the cost of photography and flowers, music,
costs of transport, the cost for the reception.,
the cost of accommodation.
How do we
pay Top Level? What security do we have?
Our payments are usually received in two or three
instalments. Upon fixing a wedding date in a town
hall or Church, we will prepare a full legal contract
and sent you by e mail. When you sign it we will
require you to pay a non-refundable deposit of
30% of the total amount of the contract. The deposit
and the signed contract will guarantee the booking
of your services and from this moment the price
of the wedding is definite and not subject to
any surcharge. The remaining payment is due 60
days prior to departure, unless your departure
is before. In this case the full amount is due.
For the payments usually we prefer bank transfers
but we do also accept credit cards, cheques and
traveller cheques. We do always sent a regular
invoice and a receipt when payment is done.
We DO NOT book any service until we receive a
deposit payment.
Notes:
>> All
prices are in EUROs (€). All prices are
subject to change, unless covered by a specific
contract.
>> Do not
make flight arrangements or send out invitations
for your wedding date until we have confirmed
by email to you.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are subject to loss in the event
of cancellation. We recommend you investigate
wedding and/or travel insurance.
Hotel Costs
It is our policy not to mark up hotel room costs
for couples or their guests. We always use the
hotel price list from the hotel's web site with
no alteration. Hotels reservations are made
as a courtesy to wedding guests at no extra
cost.
